Job responsibilities.

• Technical review of mechanical utilities and construction material submittal from subcontractor and suppliers.
• Technical coordination meetings between with design teams and between site and consultant.
• Design reviews and comparison of IFC and AFC drawings, design and Shop drawings, also 3D MEP coordination drawings on REVIT & Novisworks.
• Review of incoming consultant drawings and providing feedback if required.
• Checking sub-contractors work on shop drawings.
• Preparation of section views for MEP coordinated drawings.
• Assisting Project Manager as per project requirement

Projects worked upon:

1) King Abdullah Sports Stadium – KASC, Jeddah.
2) Construction Of 7 Model Schools, Medical Clinic & Grand Mosque – THUWAL, JEDDAH

Job Resposibilities.

• Monitor and Surveillance to ensure that installation activities are conducted in accordance with approved shop drawing, specification and installation procedure.
• Issue non‐conformance report to construction team for any violation of HVAC quality standards.
• Assist in preparation of Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for ducting, HVAC equipment in coordination with construction team and QA/QC manager.
• Liaise with the senior QC/QC engineers with external and internal audits.
• Schedule the inspection and testing of HVAC receiving materials and installation in coordination with discipline engineers as per ITP.
• Co-ordinate / prepare, implement and manage any required project related engineering method statements and execution plans.
• Ensuring that the company’s Quality System is applied and effective.
• Co-ordination with site engineers/supervisors for implementing the QA/QC plan
• Inspection of sub-contractors work to be carried out according to system requirements.
• Liaise and assist Engineers and Supervisors in the QC document presentation, verification and reporting of construction tasks to ensure compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Shop Drawings, As-Built drawings and Coordination drawings.
• Review of Ventilation, Supply & Return Duct Sizing Calculations.
• Performing all concerned calculations such as Heat load, Ventilation, Extract, etc., and Preparation of a Technical Data Sheets.
• Supervision of a team Electro-Mechanical draftsmen.
• Responsible for all Electro-Mechanical drafting works, design review & troubleshooting.
• Performing PUMP Head, External Static Pressure (ESP) and hydraulic calculation.
• Prepare material Take-offs.
• Correspondence with Consultant on technical issues.
• Review and update of mechanical services according to Architectural changes.
• Supporting the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets.
• Worked using Carrier’s Hourly Analysis Program (HAP 4.34) for Load Calculations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Mechanical design tasks using CIBSE design manual from Stage C to Stage E, or, Pre-Design to Detail Design.
• Perform complex calculations including Storm Water and Drainage systems under the guidence of principal mechanical engineer.
• Designing the Schematic diagram and perform Hydraulic calculations for college and school buildings.
• Supervise the CAD work of Technicians & Trainee Engineers.
• Analyzing the System and checking for technical issues.
• Selecting Appropriate Valves And Dampers With Reference to Building Design.
• Review the Technical Submittals from the Contractor.
• Review Shop Drawing as per IFC.
• Checking & Review of the Project Room Data Sheet.
• Strive to achieve excellence in every task and in a conjunction with CIBSE Guidelines.
• Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES-VE) for Building Modeling and Solar Images generations.
